    WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

    AWB - An international air waybill is required for each shipment, regardless of the number of packages it has. This document is also required for each destination address. Envie Express will be responsible for issuing this document. Commercial Invoice - It is required by customs authorities to release packages that are not documents. The requirements vary from country to country and depend on the type of product, the value and the quantity. For some destinations, it will be necessary to complete an additional documentation, required by the legislation of the destination country. Correctly completing the documentation will help customs authorities to process your shipment more efficiently. Contact us and we will inform you if any additional documentation is needed.

    CUSTOMS DUTY

    All import and export shipments are subject to tax analysis and taxation, according to the tax rules of each country. We cannot predict the costs, only after shipping and in case of customs inspection that the customer (recipient) will be notified.
